The Omaha Bad Beat Jackpot will apply only to the game of Omaha (including "Mixed Games")
In order to qualify for the jackpot, the following conditions must be met:
A player must lose at showdown holding four Eights, or better;
A minimum of three (3) players must be dealt in at the beginning of the hand;
The pot must contain at least $20;
Any implicated four-of-a-kind hands must be made using a pocket pair (hole cards of equal rank);
If multiple boards are dealt, only the first board is considered valid.
50% of the remaining prize pool will be awarded to the player with the losing hand;
30% of the remaining prize pool will be awarded to the player with the winning hand;
20% of the remaining prize pool will be split between the remaining players at the table (table share).
If a qualifying hand involves three or more players, the player with the lowest-ranking hand will only receive a "table share" of the total prize pool. Example: Four queens, four nines, and a queen-high straight flush are dealt in the same hand. The losing hand will be four queens and the winner will be the straight flush.
In the rare occurrence of a qualifying hands occurring simultaneously on two tables, the poker room supervisor will go to the cameras to determine the first winners. Respective jackpots will be paid and distributed on each table, as outlined above (#5).
Players must play their hands independently. Any mid-hand discussion of the hand, the prize or any other form of collusion, may void qualification for the Bad Beat Jackpot.
A player who leaves the table but keeps their chips in play will retain their rights to the applicable prizes.
A player who revokes his/her chips from the game prior to a showdown on a qualifying hand where the Bad Beat Jackpot is won will forfeit their right to any share of the prize money.
Poker Palace reserves the right to:
Verify eligibility of all qualifying hands;

All prizes won are final. No substitution or transfer of prizes are permitted.
